All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are confirmed upon written agreement from both parties.

Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to production schedules. We provide regular updates on order status.

4. Quality Assurance

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. Buyers have the right to inspect goods upon delivery.

5. Returns & Claims
